Tips for running on a treadmill

1️⃣ always ALWAYS do a warm up if you don’t use the treadmill a lot. Your body needs time to adjust to the difference

2️⃣ set expectations on PACE. Some people are faster on a treadmill. Some are slower. But your pace will be different than running outside.

3️⃣ entertain yourself. Put on a show or movie. Listen to a podcast or audiobook. When you run outside your surroundings are changing. You can see new things. Inside it’s the same. Your mind can wonder and get bored.
