We’re Not Afraid of AI. We’re Afraid of Ease
The real problem isn’t AI. The problem is that our nervous systems are not regulated to receive ease.
We are born in survival mode.
Birth itself is about surviving, so from our first breath, we’re programmed to struggle.
Then life reinforces it.
Men and women alike are taught resilience, endurance, “push harder.”
Very few are taught about ease.
About abundance.
About living without constant pressure.
Generations before us passed down the same surface-level way of living: survive, cope, repeat.
Now AI arrives and instead of asking why, we panic.
But what if AI is here to make life easier?
There are not enough doctors in the world to perform complex surgeries for the size of our population.
There are not enough donors to save everyone who needs saving.
AI will reach a point where these limitations no longer exist.
And no, this won’t make life more expensive forever.
When something can be created at scale, the cost goes down, not up.
The real problem isn’t AI.
The problem is that our nervous systems are not regulated to receive ease.
If you want to start doing something today, start here:
learn how to regulate your nervous system so you can live in abundance, because AI is here to uplift life, not threaten it.
We’re approaching the Fire Horse year on February 17th, and in 2027 we move into an entirely new paradigm of consciousness.
Things will move fast.
Not everyone will be willing, or able, to understand the progress of humanity.
Time will tell.
It always does.
