FAT LOSS Chopped Salad (High Protein add-ons)

💚Easy Fat Loss Choppt Salad Recipe 🥗

Ingredients:

• 4 cups mixed greens (chopped)

• 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)

• 1 cup tomatoes diced

• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

• 1/2 slimcado (sliced or diced)

• Salt & pepper to taste

Seasonings

• Kinders Garlic seasoning (Costco)

• Everything but the bagel (@traderjoes)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Chop the mixed greens and toss them into a large bowl.

2️⃣ Add the sliced red onion and tomatoes

3️⃣ Drizzle with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp of EVOO.

4️⃣ Season with salt, black pepper, and toss until evenly coated.

5️⃣ Top with 1/4- 1/2 a slimcado
