White Chocolate Dipped Gingerbread Cookies

Christmas Cookies 🎄❄️

I make these every year for my family!

They always eat them before they even leave our house! Lol

For The Dough:

- 1 cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter,softened

- 1 cup packed brown sugar

- 1 large egg

- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp molasses

- 2 1/2 cups flour

- 2 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

- 1 tbsp ground ginger

- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

- 2 tsp ground cloves

- 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

- 1/2 tsp ground allspice

The “Topping”

- 2/3 cup sugar

- white almond bark or white

chocolate chips at least 8 ounces

- Garnish: holiday sprinkles

Instructions

✨ In a large bowl, beat butter and brown

sugar until light and fluffy, Beat in egg and molasses. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT sugar.

✨ Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

✨ Heat oven to 350ºF.

✨Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or

silicone baking mat.

✨ Place the sugar in a small bowl.

✨ using cookie scooper make 1” balls; roll in sugar. Place balls 2” apart on cookie sheets.

✨ Bake 8-10 minutes or just until set and soft in the center.

✨ Cool for 5-10 minutes.

✨ Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Let cool completely.

✨ Melt the almond bark in a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave in 30 second intervals and stir after every interval until melted. Stir until smooth.

✨ Dip the cookies in the almond bark or drizzle it over the top and set on parchment paper. Add sprinkles before the almond bark sets. Let it harden.

✨ Enjoy
