🌿 Morning Dharma
"If no one's dating...Be sober, be friends. "
Many times in life, we may feel isolated, ununderstood, unaccompanied, but the Buddha taught that being alone is not scary if we are conscious, dharma and stable in mind.
One of the harmonies says,
"Eko Care Khaggavis"
The translation "should travel alone like a rhino."
Explanation The Buddha does not teach to cut off people, but to choose people. If you do not find a canon, wise, and virtuous man who is good to live, keep your goodness first, rather than let your heart flow after a bully.
People we are close to every day greatly influence our thoughts, words, and actions. If you are with an angry person easily, you may become angry. If you are with a gossip person, your heart may be accustomed to blaming others unconsciously.
Walking alone at some point in life is not a setback, but an opportunity for us to listen to our hearts, to practice mindfulness, to practice patience, and to learn to rely on the inner good.
Once the heart is calm and stable, one day we will find the right friend, because good people always attract good people.
This morning...If you feel that your life is quiet, don't be upset. Use that time to build wisdom, keep precepts, and train your sanity.
Because our friends are constantly with us, not anyone else, but the "consciousness" that reminds us of every breath in and out. 🌿🙏

ในชีวิตประจำวันของผม ผมพบว่าการมีสติเป็นเพื่อนแท้ยามลำพังช่วยให้ชีวิตสงบขึ้นมาก การเดินคนเดียวบางครั้งไม่ได้แปลว่าเราแพ้ แต่มันคือช่วงเวลาที่เราจะได้ฟังเสียงหัวใจของตัวเอง พยายามยับยั้งอารมณ์ และบ่มเพาะคุณธรรมภายในใจ ผมเคยรู้สึกเหงาเมื่อต้องอยู่คนเดียว แต่เมื่อเริ่มฝึกสติและใช้ธรรมะเป็นเครื่องยึดเหนี่ยว ทำให้ผมสามารถหยุดและคิดทบทวนตัวเองได้อย่างลึกซึ้งมากขึ้น ผมชอบพระพุทธภาษิตคำว่า "เอโก จเร ขคฺควิสาณกปฺโป" หรือแปลว่า "พึงเที่ยวไปผู้เดียว ดุจนอแรด" เพราะมันสอนให้รู้จักเลือกเพื่อน หากไม่พบกัลยาณมิตรที่มีศีลและปัญญา ก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องปล่อยใจไหลตามฝูงชนที่อาจพาเราไปในทางที่ผิด สิ่งที่ผมเรียนรู้คือ บุคคลที่เราเลือกเป็นเพื่อนหรือคนใกล้ชิดจะมีอิทธิพลกับพฤติกรรมและความคิดของเราอย่างมาก หากอยู่กับคนที่มีอารมณ์และนิสัยเชิงลบย่อมส่งผลสะท้อนกลับมาในตัวเรา การเดินคนเดียวจึงเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ช่วยให้เรารักษาความดีและมีสติเพื่อพัฒนาตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง นอกจากนี้ สติยังเป็นเพื่อนร่วมทางที่ไม่เคยทิ้งเรา เมื่อฝึกฝนอย่างต่อเนื่อง จะทำให้เรารับมือกับสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ในชีวิตได้ดีขึ้น และในที่สุดก็จะพบผู้คนที่ดีมีปัญญาเหมือนกันเข้ามาในชีวิต ซึ่งส่งเสริมและช่วยเติมเต็มซึ่งกันและกัน ผมอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนที่รู้สึกโดดเดี่ยว ลองใช้เวลานั้นทำสมาธิ ฝึกตนด้วยธรรมะ หรือแม้แต่เขียนบันทึกความคิดเพื่อเพิ่มสติปัญญาและความมั่นคงในใจ ช่วงเวลาเหล่านี้คือเวลาที่เรากำลังเติบโตและสร้างปัจจัยให้กัลยาณมิตรดี ๆ เข้ามาสู่ชีวิตอย่างแท้จริง
