Shrimp and Grits

Ingredients
Jumbo shrimp (not peeled)
Oohlawee’s Ultimate Dry Seasoning
Butter
Minced garlic
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Cooked grits or creamy mashed potatoes
Diced tomatoes
Fresh parsley
Lemon slices
Instructions
1. Season shrimp with Oohlawee’s Ultimate Dry Seasoning.
2. Sear shrimp in butter until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
3. Make sauce: Add garlic, cream, parmesan, and tomatoes to the pan. Simmer until thick.
4. Add shrimp back in and spoon sauce over them.
5. Serve over grits (or creamy potatoes).
6. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
