Hey hey everyone, I haven't completed a week yet . However I did do a little quick scan and read the intro . It's a daily journal to keep you on your business / toes if taken seriously I would say just from the scan . It's one page for morning notes and tasks and for evening as well . Also a page for free thoughts. It's very cute and if you new to journaling this is a good starter .
