Day 1: Liquid Diet for 7 Days!
Day 1 of this liquid diet, and let me tell y’all — it ain’t easy! Yesterday was a struggle, but I’m really trying my best to change my lifestyle for the better. I’ve been noticing the pounds slowly shedding at work just from all the walking I do daily, so I figured why not push myself a little more?
To keep my energy up and give my body some extra love, I’ve been taking my supplements every day — apple cider gummies to support digestion, collagen gummies to keep my skin glowing, and B12 for that much-needed energy boost. It’s all about finding what works for me and staying consistent. Birthday in July time to get SNATCHED LOL 😂
