realistic ways of obtaining a 4.0 GPA in college 🎓
📓 GO OUT AND HAVE FUN
- i promise you will not be as productive if you do not have a social life. without my friends; random study dates, looking forward to events with them, i literally would have burned out and wouldn't of had good grades if i sat in my room and studied all day!!
📓 ACTUALLY BE FRIENDS WITH YOUR PROFESSORS
- i know everyone says this, but yall need to actually form strong relationships with your professors because they are people trying to help better you (more than a lot of yall friends lmfaoo) but they really will be needed in the long run if you need letters of recommendations or to help you guys receive practicum/internships! ALSO if you miss an assignment or need a grade boost in the end, you participating will allow them to want to work with you more and understand your circumstances.
📓 LEARN A FORM OF STUDYING
- studying looks different for everyone, but personally that little 15 minute break and doing an hour of work doesn't work for me and doesn't allow me to focus. so i had to find a way to do work that gives me the maximum amount of completion and doesn't tired me out. so i spend about 2 hours at a time doing work if i'm feeling up to it and then don't focus on work for the rest of the day cause i don't like to take breaks in between sessions.
📓 TAKE SUMMER & SOME ONLINE CLASSES
- i take 5-6 classes (15-18 credit hours) a semester to stay on course with my B.S. requirements, BUT i recommend to make your schedule easier: take classes in the summer and make at least 1-2 of your classes online to prevent you from having to form a schedule around going to different buildings all day! it gets exhausting traveling around campus all day and taking a whole bunch of classes. so i try to plan a schedule to have 2-3 days out the week to have 1 or 0 classes and have those days for rest/relaxation.

Remember, the goal is to work smarter, not just harder, to maintain that perfect GPA throughout college.
