Also, staying hydrated and limiting processed sugars aids in reducing body fat. Combining proper nutrition with consistent strength training accelerates transformation. I noticed that maintaining a moderate calorie deficit while avoiding extreme dieting allowed me to preserve muscle mass while shedding fat. Supplements such as whey protein and BCAAs can be helpful but are not substitutes for a balanced diet. Remember, consistency is key. Track your progress and adjust your nutrition plan as needed. Lean body transformation isn't just about eating less but eating smart. These nutrition fundamentals set the foundation for a summer-ready, lean, and toned physique.
