In my journey, I found that surrounding myself with positive influences and engaging in communities focused on body positivity made a significant difference. It’s empowering to replace harmful thoughts with affirmations that honor my body’s strength and story. If you hear someone being body shamed, standing up for them or simply offering kindness can make a world of difference. Ultimately, stopping body shaming means challenging societal norms that unfairly scrutinize individual differences and recognizing that everyone deserves respect regardless of their looks.
