SAVE THIS ONE IMMEDIATELY!! For a full workout do each move for 30 to 45 seconds or 12 to 15 Reps. 4 rounds. For beginners start with 10 to 15 pound dumbbells. If you’re really trying to grow those legs and glues, you need to be hitting legs twice a week!!!
