My Pasta Salad in calorie deficit
This keeps me full with 29 grams of protein! Add as many other veggies as you want for a higher volume of food! I use Barilla protein pasta, grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and REAL ranch 😜 use a lighter ranch or Caesar for even lower calories! Sometimes I’ll add cucumber. I meal prep the chicken
