WHY YOUR LEGS ARENT GROWING

heyy yall today i’m gonna share with you some potential reasons why your legs AREN’T growing as much as you’d like!

• RUSHING THROUGH MOVEMENTS AND NOT FOCUSING ON FORM (slow and controlled:

focusing on proper form over weight is key to targeting those muscles properly, along with making sure you’re at a steady pace and not going too fast through the workout.

• NOT EATING ENOUGH PROTEIN:

Not eating enough food and protein is usually one of the most common reasons people fail to see muscle growth. Making sure we are properly fueling our body throughout weight training is essential for those muscles to grow!! So make sure you’re tracking your protein intake.

• NOT INCORPORATING PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD:

What is progressive overload? this involves gradually increasing the weight/intensity in your workouts over time to avoid a plateau in muscle mass and strength. So make sure you’re increasing weight overtime to ensure muscle growth!!
