After 6 months of strenuous workouts, I decided to do these active recovery workouts from the 100 day workout calendar - Morning Meltdown 100. The trainer has an active recovery workout every 5 days - which is really nice so I’m just doing these active recovery active recovery workouts right now.

Yes, at 62 I can do a leg extension and a splits! I won’t lie and say it’s always easy - but I work hard not to lose my flexibility as I age! I’ve been blessed being naturally flexy / bendy and I don’t want lose it in my old age!
