Back in the gym 🫣🙄🤦🏻‍♀️😍✨🖤😂

On Oct first I just said F it and got a membership to Planet fitness, I’ve been wanting to really get back into the gym since my family plan to the Y was cancelled I had a long break and I was feeling myself get into a routine of work home work home work home and it was making me feel out of it, after just a few days of going I already feel more energized and happy ! I also have been in bed by 10:30p for the last three nights and that has helped me wake up feeling a lot better !

also that pre workout is celtic salt from amazon and regular honey, before i go into the gym i squeeze some honey in my mouth and take a little bit of salt at the same time and let it dissolve and it gives me the boost of energy i need to have a nice workout !!!
