This direct contact with the earth’s energy helps stabilize your energy field and reduces feelings of anxiety or overwhelm caused by absorbing others’ emotions. Additionally, placing your hands on a tree can bring a profound sense of calm. Your palms are energetically linked to your heart chakra, so this connection allows energy to flow and balance out. It’s also crucial to carve out time for solitude every day. In today’s high-frequency world, where energies constantly swirl around us, being alone helps you discern what energy belongs to you and what doesn’t.
