My shoulder has been pain-free for 90 days | My frozen shoulder is really healed✊🏻

When my right shoulder would flare up before, what I feared most wasn’t heavy work, but:

I couldn’t reach the zipper at the back of my clothes with my hand!❌

I couldn’t scrub my back in the shower!!❌

I had to think carefully about which hand to use when grabbing things from high places!!!❌

At night, if I tried to lie on my right side, there would be a sore, tight pressure deep in the shoulder, and I had to quickly turn back over!!!! 😫After many nights of poor sleep, I became really irritable.

To deal with this pain, I changed my pillow and also tried massage. 💫Every time it felt a bit better right after, but by nighttime that stiff, painful feeling always came back!😷

Later, not knowing what else to do, I searched forums for things to use for frozen shoulder. I saw people mentioning Huayilang patch,💖 and someone had written in detail about their recovery progress from the past few days to later stages. I read it several times, and finally, I ordered it on Amazon just to try.🙏🏻

Now, it has been over 90 days.✨ During this time I’ve been busy, tired, and even experienced cold weather, but my shoulder periarthritis has not come back. The feeling of a non-stiff, non-painful shoulder is really reassuring.💫
