My 6-Month Frozen Shoulder Recovery Guide.💗

Because six months ago, I was exactly where you are now.❇️

Back then, what I dreaded most wasn't doing housework—it was getting dressed. The moment I tried to slide my arm into a sleeve, it felt like a tendon deep inside my shoulder was being pulled hard.😖 The pain was so intense that my arm would suddenly lose its strength.❌
