Healthy Looks Different Every Day

Another week closer to becoming the healthiest version of me.
The scale still isn’t telling the whole story, but I am.
✔️ Showing up for my workouts.
✔️ Hitting my step goal more consistently.
✔️ Prioritizing protein.
✔️ Waking up with more energy than I had a few weeks ago.
Those are wins too.
I’m learning that this journey isn’t about having a perfect week—it’s about having enough good weeks that they eventually change your life.
