College Workout Routine 🎧🩵

I love making workouts fun by going to classes with friends or taking walks outside. If I don’t have time some days when I’m busy with studying I will do a 10-15 minute pilates workout at home. Working out in college with a busy schedule can be hard but I always try to fit in a workout whenever I can!

A well-structured workout routine can help you maintain fitness without overwhelming your day. Consider integrating cardio on Mondays and Thursdays with a focus on incline walking or using the stair master. Supplement this with core exercises such as Russian twists and bicycle crunches, completing three sets of 25-30 reps for maximum effectiveness. On other weekdays like Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, aim for a 3-mile run, cycling, or participating in a pilates class. This variety not only keeps your routine exciting but also targets different muscle groups for balanced fitness. Establishing a workout schedule that includes social elements, like group classes, can also enhance motivation. Remember, it’s essential to find a regime that you enjoy, as this will increase your likelihood of sticking to it long-term. Make your workouts fun by inviting friends or exploring different fitness classes, ensuring exercise becomes a rewarding part of your student life.
