The best thing is to do it today, even if not ready.
3. The people we love are getting older every day.
While we're running our dreams, our loved ones are getting older every day.
Parents, family or important people are not with us forever.
Don't wait for a special day, tell love, go back to or take care of it.
Because today's weekdays are probably the best chance.
4. Health is more important than money
Money can be reacquired, but lost health may never return.
Don't wait to get sick and then take care of yourself.
Leisure, exercise, good food and calm down are the most rewarding investments in life.
5. Don't let life leave only regret.
In retrospect, what most people regret is not failure.
But what is not done
I didn't say love, I didn't thank you, I didn't follow my dream because I thought, "There's still time."
Live in a way that one day won't have to say, "Know this...Should have done for a long time "
Life is not too short...But we may take the time there too slowly.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้เรียนรู้เรื่องเวลาและสัจธรรมชีวิตนี้เอง ผมพบว่า การที่เราคิดว่า "ยังมีเวลา" กลับทำให้หลายอย่างในชีวิตถูกผัดวันประกันพรุ่งไปเรื่อยๆ จนบางทีก็สายเกินแก้จริงๆ ตอนหนึ่งที่ทำให้เข้าใจสัจธรรมนี้ได้ชัดเจนขึ้น คือการที่ผมได้เห็นคนที่รักของผมป่วยลงทีละน้อย ทั้งพ่อแม่และญาติพี่น้อง การไม่รีบบอกรักหรือดูแลพวกเขาในขณะที่ยังมีโอกาส ทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกเสียดายไม่น้อย การเริ่มต้นดูแลสุขภาพของตัวเองตั้งแต่วันนี้ ไม่ต้องรอจนป่วยหนัก ก็ช่วยให้มีเวลาที่ดีขึ้นกับคนที่เรารัก นอกจากนี้การไม่รอให้ "พร้อม" ก็สำคัญมาก เพราะถ้าเรารอจนพร้อมที่สุด โลกและตัวเราก็เปลี่ยนไปแล้ว เริ่มทำสิ่งที่อยากทำตั้งแต่วันนี้ แม้ยังไม่พร้อมก็มีความหมายกว่าการปล่อยเวลาให้ผ่านไปโดยเปล่าประโยชน์ ผมจึงอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนตั้งใจใช้เวลาปัจจุบันให้คุ้มค่า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการบอกรักคนที่รัก การทำตามความฝัน หรือแม้แต่ดูแลสุขภาพกายและใจ เพราะเรื่องเหล่านี้คือโอกาสที่มีค่าที่สุดที่เราจะได้รับในชีวิต สิ่งเหล่านี้ทำให้ผมเข้าใจว่า เวลาไม่เคยรอใครจริงๆ และการตระหนักถึงสัจธรรมชีวิตช่วยให้เรามีความสุขและมีความหมายในทุกลมหายใจของชีวิต
