The most perfect steak sandwich!

This steak sandwich was truly *chefs kiss*

I seasoned the steak generously with salt and pepper and cooked it in a butter/oil filled pan on medium heat. I made sure to get a good sear and crust on each side and then cooked it in the oven at 375 for about 15-18 mins (until the temp was medium rare)

I use ciabatta rolls for the bread and made a quick horseradish steak sauce (I mixed some A1, horseradish, garlic and Dijon mustard together)

I also added some marinated veggies (grabbed them from Kroger - the brand is called Murray’s cheese)

And some arugula

Absolutely perfect!
