Peach cobbler eggrolls!

Peach cobbler eggrolls with kefir glaze! 🍑

These came out absolutely delicious!

I used canned peaches because the fresh ones just aren’t sweet enough right now. I added brown sugar, butter and some peach cobbler seasoning that I had on hand until the peaches were caramelized and had a thick glaze.

I waited for the mixture to cool a bit before adding it to the egg roll wrapper and fried until golden and crispy brown.

For the glaze:

I used 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and about 1-2 tablespoons of kefir (add slowly until desired consistency) I also added a splash of vanilla.
