Ever since I stumbled on a TikTok account (I can find later) about how this girl uses 8 face toners I’ve been on a mission to get there !! So currently I’m now up to 3. I’ve been using Freck for the last 2 years and I just started incorporating rice water to my routine and it’s already made such a huge difference.
