My Heel Pain Is Finally Gone! 🏃🏻♀️
The first step in the morning felt like stepping on a nail. This kind of pain is really not an exaggeration.💫
Before, the moment my foot touched the ground, the pain in my heel would be so sharp that I would immediately pull my foot back. It would wake me up instantly. After dealing with this pain for so long, my first thought every morning wasn’t getting out of bed — it was being afraid of that first step.😷
During that time, it wasn’t just painful in the morning. After walking or standing for a long time during the day, the inside of my heel would also feel swollen and uncomfortable, like there was a hard spot constantly pressing against it.💥
The most frustrating part was how it kept coming back. If I walked less for a few days, it seemed to get better, but as soon as I went out and walked more, the next morning that painful first step would come right back. I tried soft shoes, insoles, and soaking my feet.😣 They made me feel better for a while, but nothing really fixed the problem.
I found Huayilang Patch while reading a heel pain sharing post. 🙏🏻That person said they used to feel like they were stepping on a nail with their first step, and their heel would swell after walking for a long time. Later, they used this patch on the painful area and gradually improved. 🤭
When I saw the words “stepping on a nail,” I immediately stopped scrolling because it sounded exactly like me. Later, I bought three boxes from Amazon, thinking I would seriously stick with it and see what happened.✊🏻
After washing my feet at night, I applied it to the most painful and swollen area of my heel.🤗 It’s a medicated patch, not just a regular sticker. I don’t really understand how it works, but while wearing it, the sharp pain from that hard pressure point really did slowly become less intense. I only needed to apply it, and the next day I could still walk normally without having to specifically go for physical therapy.☺️
On the second day after starting the first box, I still got out of bed carefully out of habit. My heel was still a little sore, but I didn’t have that sudden sharp pain shooting through it like before. I could put my foot down normally. I was honestly surprised and felt a little relieved. At least that morning, I wasn’t woken up by pain.🥰
After finishing the first box, walking from my bed to the bathroom became much easier. I didn’t have to walk on my toes or test every step anymore. Standing while brushing my teeth or doing some chores didn’t make my heel swell up quickly either.🌿
By the later part of the second box, I felt comfortable walking more when going out. Before, I would want to sit down halfway through grocery shopping. ✨During that time, I could walk around, come home, and still stand to put things away without my heel becoming so swollen and uncomfortable that I didn’t want to move.🏃🏻♀️
After finishing the third box, I continued observing for a while. Now, my first step in the morning no longer hurts, and walking or standing for a long time hasn’t caused the pain to come back. 💫
People with heel pain should understand — the happiest thing is waking up and not having to fear that first step anymore. If your heel pain feels like you’re stepping on a nail too, don’t keep forcing yourself to endure it until you’re afraid to even go out.💗
