My Herniated Disc Is Finally Better! 💕
I used to be most afraid of sitting for a long time. To be more accurate, it didn’t even have to be that long. After sitting for a while, I would start feeling something was wrong. First, my lower back would feel heavy, and then my legs would slowly start to go numb. I would still be sitting in the chair, but mentally I was already frustrated: Here we go again.😣
The scariest part about a herniated disc was the leg numbness. Back pain could still be explained away as being tired, but when my legs started feeling numb, I couldn’t help wondering if a nerve was being compressed and whether it would keep getting worse.💥
During that time, I couldn’t sit through meetings comfortably, I couldn’t even sit and eat without feeling uneasy, and after long drives, I had to pause for a while after getting out of the car. The most frustrating part was how it kept coming back. One day, lying down and resting seemed to make it better, but the next day, sitting for too long would bring the numbness right back.😷
I also tried many different things. A back support belt, cushions, sitting less, lying down more, and massages. Some things helped for a while, but once I returned to my normal work routine, my back and legs would remind me again.🙏🏻
Later, I saw Huayilang Patch in a recovery story about a herniated disc that my friend shared.✊🏻
He said he also had lower back pain and leg numbness after sitting for too long. Later, he applied this medicated patch to the painful area on his lower back and gradually improved. After reading it, I immediately asked for the link and bought three boxes from Amazon.💫
At night after showering, I applied it to the area on my lower back that felt the most sore and heavy, where the numbness in my legs was most likely to happen. It’s a medicated patch, not a regular sticker.🍃 I don’t understand the exact mechanism, but while wearing it, the heavy pressure and pulling sensation deep in my lower back really did slowly ease. I only needed to apply it, and I could go to work normally the next day without making special trips for physical therapy. For me, it was very convenient.✨
On the second day after starting the first box, I first tried sitting through a whole meal. Before, my legs would start feeling numb by the end of a meal. That day, my lower back was still a little sore, but the numbness didn’t quickly spread down my legs, and standing up didn’t feel as stiff. 🌱I honestly felt a little relieved. At least I wasn’t being brought back to the same situation after sitting for a short time.🏃🏻♀️
After finishing the first box, meetings became much easier. Sitting for 30 minutes to an hour no longer made my lower back feel heavy so quickly. The leg numbness changed from happening frequently to only occasionally and slightly. I didn ’t constantly have to think about finding a chance to stand up.🥰
By the later part of the second box, I drove somewhere, and when I got out of the car, I could straighten my back right away. My legs didn’t feel weak or unstable either.💕
After finishing the third box, sitting at work, eating, and driving all became normal again. The lower back pain and leg numbness never came back.⭐
Now, my herniated disc feels like it’s truly behind me. Sitting for a while doesn’t hurt anymore, and even sitting longer doesn’t make my legs numb.🌿
If you’re also dealing with a herniated disc with leg numbness, don’t just keep pushing through it. Leg numbness can really be scary. Taking it seriously earlier can give you much more peace of mind.💖
