Frozen Shoulder: 10 Minutes Every Day, Two Weeks of Persistence, 100% Recovery Rate!💕
This title may sound a little exaggerated, but for me personally, these two weeks were truly worth it. ‼️
When my shoulder used to hurt, even holding my arm up a little longer while washing my hair felt frustrating, let alone doing 10 minutes every day. Now my shoulder doesn’t hurt anymore, I can lift my arm higher, and I no longer wake up from pain when turning over at night, so I finally feel comfortable sharing this.✊🏻
The biggest problem I had with frozen shoulder before was the feeling of being “stuck.” My arm would get stuck halfway when lifting it, stuck when reaching backward, and even putting my arm through a sleeve when getting dressed felt difficult. 🌿
Nights were even worse. If I put pressure on my shoulder, I would wake up from the pain, and after waking up, I would slowly try to find a comfortable position. 💥During that time, I was really worried it would keep getting worse and that my range of motion would become smaller and smaller.💫
I also tried massages, heat therapy, and following stretching videos. They did feel good, but after a few days, the tightness would always come back. 🍃
Later, I saw someone share their frozen shoulder experience. She said she spent some time every day doing gentle shoulder movements and used Huayilang Patch on the painful area, and her shoulder gradually improved.🙏🏻 When I saw her mention “waking up from pain when turning over at night,” it sounded exactly like me, so I went to Amazon and bought two boxes.⭐
My method was very simple: I spent just 10 minutes every day doing some gentle shoulder movements. 💗
I didn’t forcefully stretch or swing my arm too hard. Then I applied Huayilang Patch to the area of my shoulder that felt the most sore and restricted.✨ Not long after applying it, the deep aching feeling inside my shoulder started to loosen a little. When I lowered my arm, it didn’t feel as tight or pulling anymore. At that moment, I honestly felt like this time might not be another wasted effort.🤭
The next morning, my shoulder was still a little stiff, but putting on clothes and sliding my arm into my sleeve felt easier.🎉 Around the fifth day, I could keep my arm raised longer while washing my hair and didn’t have to stop halfway to rest. When I was almost finished with the first box, lifting my arm didn’t feel as stuck anymore, and I could slowly reach up to hang clothes.💖
After finishing the second box, I had basically kept going for about two weeks. Sleeping at night became easier, and even turning over and putting pressure on my shoulder no longer caused any discomfort.🌱 Brushing my hair, getting dressed, and reaching for things on higher shelves all became normal again. My shoulder had completely returned to normal.✅
I still move my shoulder every day now, but I don’t use too much force. Frozen shoulder shouldn’t be handled by pushing through the pain, and you shouldn’t start with intense exercises right away. ✊🏻Let the painful area feel better first, then slowly work on movement. That gives your shoulder a chance to truly loosen up.💕
