How Can I Get My Knee Arthritis Better?✅

My knee problem has been there for a long time. I had some fluid buildup in my knee, and my doctor also told me to avoid running, jumping, and intense exercise as much as possible.🙏🏻

It has been more than five years now. I always followed the advice and basically didn’t do any exercise.❌

Recently, I saw my coworker’s great results from working out, and I started feeling a little envious.🤭 That’s when I truly decided that I wanted to improve my knee arthritis!✊🏻

I searched for some tips online and saw people saying that this Huayilang Patch was really good to use and could help relieve joint pain.💖

So I bought it on Amazon to give it a try.

Not long after applying it, the swelling and tight aching feeling around my knee started to loosen a lot!‼️

Bending my leg also didn’t feel as uncomfortable anymore!

The biggest change I personally noticed was going up and down stairs.✨

Before, I had to hold onto the handrail when going downstairs because I didn’t dare put direct pressure on my knee.

After using it for a while, the painful pressure feeling when stepping down became noticeably lighter.🥰

I continued taking care of my knee afterward, and the soreness and swelling gradually decreased. Walking also became much easier.☺️

Now, my knee basically doesn’t hurt anymore.

Whether it’s going out shopping or exercising, I feel completely comfortable and free!💗

... Read moreLiving with knee arthritis can be a challenging journey, especially when it limits your ability to engage in physical activities you once enjoyed. From personal experience, managing knee arthritis is about finding a balance between rest and appropriate movement while incorporating effective treatments. One significant realization for me was that complete inactivity, although recommended initially to reduce strain, can sometimes exacerbate stiffness and muscle weakness around the knee joint. After years of avoiding exercise, gentle activities such as swimming, cycling, or yoga helped improve circulation and maintain joint flexibility without causing pain. In addition to exercise, topical treatments like the Huayilang Patch have shown promising results. This patch, which I purchased from Amazon based on positive online reviews, helped alleviate swelling and the tight, aching sensation in my knee. Applying it as directed brought a noticeable difference within days, especially in reducing discomfort during movements like bending the leg or climbing stairs. Furthermore, lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy weight, using supportive footwear, and applying cold or heat therapies also contributed to managing symptoms effectively. Listening to your body and avoiding high-impact activities that cause sharp pain is crucial. For those struggling with knee arthritis, I recommend consulting a healthcare professional to create a personalized management plan. Combining appropriate exercise, topical pain relief options, and lifestyle adjustments can lead to significant improvements, as reflected in my experience of gradually regaining mobility and enjoying everyday tasks without discomfort.

One Pilates move I still teach as a Physio
For those with knee pain, many try to “strengthen” their knees with more squats or lunges. But without proper hip support, the knee continues taking the load alone. And the knee was never designed to work alone. What I observe in people with knee pain: • Over-dominant quads • Minimal glute
