We're back baby.... Gymshark 66 changed my life in 2025 and I'm excited to participate again in 2026! My goals for the next 66 days are: 1. 30-60 min cardio 2. Whole Foods no processed food (80/20) 3. No alcohol. I'm always chasing the best version of myself, and through the challenges of life and trial and error the vision changes and gets better and better. I'm excited for round 2. I want to focus on doing it this time in a healthier way. Movement > structured cardio. Dance. Walks. Less stress and pressure. More long term healthy balanced habits. Less extreme. And yes I fell back into old habits for a bit but I've been alcohol free for a bit and I'd like to get back to the triple digits. I used to share so much of my journey and had many people tell me how I inspired them to chase their own goals which made my heart so full. I feel like I lost my voice this year so im excited to use this challenge as an opportunity and hopefully inspire others to fight the cheap dopeamine of this generation and find the beauty in the rewards that only come by practicing delayed gratification.
