Plant Good Seeds…

#FruitfulFriday

Your worth isn’t defined by reactions, it’s defined by the intention you plant into every moment. Keep sowing good seeds; the right harvest always arrives in the right season.

👉🏽Remember: your seeds will find their season. 🪴🍂🍁

... Read moreI remember a time when I truly felt like I was planting good seeds, pouring my heart into a project, yet the progress felt painfully slow, almost non-existent. It was like tending to a tiny green succulent plant in dark soil, putting in all the effort, but the season just felt incredibly dry. Have you ever been there? That feeling of 'is this even worth it?' It’s so easy to get discouraged when you don't see immediate results, right? But what I've realized is that 'planting good seeds' isn't just about the grand gestures; it's about the small, consistent intentions we weave into our daily lives. It could be choosing kindness in a difficult conversation, dedicating time to learn something new, or simply showing up for yourself even when you don't feel like it. These are the precious seeds of growth. When the article says, 'your worth isn’t defined by reactions, it’s defined by the intention you plant into every moment,' it truly resonated with me. I used to get so caught up in what others thought or how things appeared to be going. But focusing on my intentions – why I was doing something, what values I was upholding – shifted my perspective entirely. It gave me an inner compass, a stable foundation, even when external circumstances were shaky. So, how do we keep sowing good seeds, especially when that 'dry season' hits? For me, it starts with patience and self-compassion. Just like a real plant needs time to root and grow, our personal efforts do too. I learned to celebrate the tiny sprouts, the small wins, and to be gentle with myself on days when progress felt invisible. It's about trusting the process, even when you can't see the roots strengthening beneath the surface. Another crucial part is nurturing those seeds. This means protecting your energy, setting healthy boundaries, and consistently watering your intentions with positive self-talk and self-care. If you're constantly draining yourself, those metaphorical seeds won't have the nutrients to thrive. Think about what truly nourishes your soul and brings you closer to your authentic self. And remember that 'your seeds will find their season.' It might not be the season you expect, or in the way you envision, but the harvest will come. It might manifest as unexpected opportunities, deeper connections, a newfound sense of peace, or a quiet internal strength you didn't know you possessed. I've seen it happen in my own life, where efforts I thought were wasted years ago suddenly bloomed into something beautiful and meaningful today. So keep planting, keep nurturing, and trust the beautiful cycle of growth.
