Treat your body like it matters (because it does). Even on the busiest days, don’t skip it.
3️⃣During breaks, listen instead of scroll.
Instead of watching endless videos, I listen—to podcasts, interviews, conversations.
It’s restful for the eyes, keeps the mind sharp, and allows me to stay gently connected to inspiration while doing other things.
4️⃣ Move your body. Always.
I track my daily workouts and love that refreshed, light feeling after sweating.
Energy is the foundation of all time management.
