Everyone Needs a Spiritual Hobby 🌙
My journal is like a slice of my life – collecting moments of beauty, inspiration, and conversations with myself. Here are my August fragments.

Lately, I’ve been feeling low. So today, I did nothing but sit at my desk. Wearing my crystal bracelet, I slowly copied passages from the Bible, then printed and pasted my August photos and notes into my journal. It was so quiet I could hear my own thoughts. By sunset, my heart felt lighter, my energy half-restored.
Everyone needs a spiritual hobby. Many times, when I stood on the edge of emotions, all it took was wearing my bracelet and immersing myself in something small I love to bring myself back.
A spiritual hobby is about inner reflection, a journey of self-exploration.
I see two kinds:
• The kind that challenges your nature – running, hiking, meditation – ways to tame yourself.
• The kind that empties your mind – painting, writing, journaling – ways to hear yourself.
Everyone needs one. It helps you see yourself more truthfully and draw energy from within.

After half a year of energy management, the most effective habit I’ve gained: drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach and exercise for 30 minutes every morning. Instant energy boost, a clear head, and focus that lasts all day.

I loved this line I read in a book: “If you’re sensitive at heart, you need thick skin. Otherwise, you’ll only suffer, and it won’t help you in life.”
As a sensitive soul myself, I couldn’t agree more.

I went to my friend’s engagement ceremony and gave her a 【Lepidolite & Star Rose Quartz】 bracelet as a gift. I believe it will surround her with love for a lifetime.

After dinner, I read a little book written by a long-lived grandmother. What touched me most was her line: “The smaller the wishes, the better.”
Such a light and graceful wisdom.
Small wishes are easier to fulfill. When fulfilled, they bring happiness. With each small joy, you set the next small wish. Step by step, happiness carries life forward.

“To give up is one thing, but to let go is another.”
Giving up is forced.
Letting go is a choice.
Let go of unreachable goals.
Let go of draining relationships.
Let go of the obsession with being understood.

Time doesn’t heal everything.
Time only lets everything… pass.🥃

Engaging in a spiritual hobby offers profound benefits for mental health and personal growth. Activities such as journaling serve as a powerful tool for capturing moments of beauty, inspiration, and self-reflection, allowing individuals to process emotions and gain clarity. Incorporating elements like crystal bracelets or meditating with crystals can further deepen the experience, fostering a connection to healing energies and enhancing mindfulness. For example, wearing crystals such as Lepidolite and Rose Quartz is believed to surround one with calming and loving energy, supporting emotional balance and self-care. Establishing daily routines linked to spiritual hobbies—like drinking warm water on an empty stomach followed by morning exercise—not only boosts physical vitality but also mental focus, creating a balanced foundation for the day. Embracing simple wisdom, such as cherishing small, achievable wishes, helps cultivate gratitude and sustained happiness by setting and fulfilling daily positive intentions. Furthermore, differentiating between giving up and letting go is key for emotional resilience. Letting go of unreachable goals, draining relationships, and the need for external validation is a conscious choice that leads to liberation and self-acceptance. Overall, spiritual hobbies act as gentle anchors during emotional turbulence, providing space to hear one's inner voice and draw strength from within. Whether through mind-challenging activities like running and hiking or mind-emptying practices such as painting and journaling, these hobbies nurture a clearer, calmer, and more centered self. Cultivating such practices is essential for anyone looking to enrich their spiritual journey, embrace self-care, and sustain inner peace in everyday life.

Your journal radiates calm and wisdom. Small rituals, spiritual hobbies, and gentle self-reflection bring true healing and happiness.
