My Fitness Journey 💪🏻

This week I took the plunge and started going to the gym. Today was Day Two and let me tell you..my body is SORE from day 1 🤣. As a 43 year old mom of 3 I decided I wanted to take back control of my health and fitness. I’m never going to be a ripped buff gal but I am going to be the best healthier version I can be for myself and my family. I know it’s not always easy to find the motivation to go so if anyone is looking for an Accountability and Morivation partner please let me know!
