Attending the Waldorf Estate of Fear event from May 1st to 2nd, 2026, was truly a thrilling experience for any horror fan. Not only did I get the chance to meet several well-known celebrities from the Friday the 13th franchise, such as C.J. Graham and Tommy McLoughlin, but the atmosphere was electric with passion for horror culture. The event featured vendors specializing in collectibles, memorabilia, and exclusive autographs, including items related to Hell House LLC and Jason Lives. One of the most memorable aspects was the extensive meet-and-greets, where fans could chat with actors like Thom Mathews and Kerry Ellen Noonan, who brought to life some of horror's most iconic characters. The enthusiasm among attendees was palpable, as we shared stories and appreciation for the genre. Vendors showcased unique items, from leather-neck nostalgia collectibles mentioned in the event’s display to signed memorabilia priced around $25, making it accessible for collectors at different levels. Beyond the celebrity encounters, the community vibe at the Waldorf Estate of Fear was impressive.
