Sweet and Spicy Sourdough Focaccia Pizza

When I’m sick I crave comfort foods & I have been very sick this week. I’m hopped up some killer meds that are wreaking havoc on my tummy and sustenance is a must 😷

Today my craving was honey turkey, cheddar & Grillos pickle chips on fresh #sourdough 🥴 But earlier today I thought of #pizza so I threw together some #focaccia sourdough - my attention to weight details was questionable & I abandoned my dough on the counter. It’s a super high hydration and very sticky dough, and she’s all mine! Will this work out? Yes, maybe not the best pizza in all the land but one thing I’ve learned is I always bake the dough!

I just put her all together & threw her in the fridge for another rise in the AM then I’ll bake her w/ more toppings on the top layer. Wish me luck 🤞🏼
