📢 Poor location but strong mouth to mouth = Khun Bang shop
Many people are afraid of a bad location...
Deep alley. No parking. Cars don't pass.
But I want to tell you that quite a few shops
Not famous because it is on the big road, but famous because people tell each other mouth to mouth
Some are in places where Google Map also leads astray.
But the customers would walk through the rain and through the sun.
Because people's voices actually bring customers a hundred times stronger than store signs or ads.
1️⃣ People don't believe ads as much as they believe their friends.
You can't fight a simple sentence from someone close to your client:
"This shop really has to go try."
This quote is a no-discount attraction. It doesn't require pretty graphics.
Because it's a real feeling that really goes through people's experiences.
2️⃣ true word of mouth is caused by these two things.
• Unforgettable taste or good product: not the best in the world, but so "unique" that anyone can try it.
• Services that Feel More Than Meals: Smile, Customer Name Recognition, Careful Serving, Make Customers Feel Like Talking About Your Store
What makes customers tell us is not the price, but the "touching experience."
3️⃣ Bad location = The reason the mouth is stronger
Because you don't have a big sign. No one walks by.
The more you have to invest in the value that makes the customer want to tell a friend.
• Let each customer leave the store with an extraordinary smile.
• Add small gestures that impress him (e.g. thank you cards, small giveaways)
• Makes him want to pick up his phone to shoot, share by himself without asking
A loud secret shop. Not famous because the owner said
But it's loud because all the customers speak instead.
4️⃣ An example of a shop that is deep but loud because of the sound of people.
I used to know a small cafe at the end of the community alley, no signs, no ads.
But customers are tight every day because people say,
• "This shop latte is the softest bubble in this neighborhood."
• "The shopkeeper remembers every customer's name."
• "The atmosphere is like sitting at a friend's house, unlike any cafe."
This store survived for 10 years, even though it was never on the main street.
Because the voice of the customer becomes a loud sign far beyond the advertisement.
BossTalk summary
Don't be afraid of the deep location. Don't be afraid, no one walks by.
Only fear... if each customer walks away quietly with nothing to tell.
Because if you create a really touching experience,
The customer's voice is the best map.
Bring friends, bring lovers, bring the whole town to find you...
Even if you're in the deepest alley of this neighborhood, ❤️
