Future Pregnancy Goals
During my first pregnancy, I was dealing with an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder. Sooo, I felt pretty awful and I didn’t really have to motivation to exercise. I ate a ton of junk food because I didn’t know the first thing about nutrition, and because of my poor choices I was developed hypertension or high blood pressure. Due to decreased fetal movement, I was induced early. It felt like everything I put in my birth plan went the opposite of how I intended it 🤦🏻♀️
Next time, I’ll be more prepared and utilize the knowledge I’ve learned to work towards a healthy pregnancy 🤰🏻
