Why are workplace wellness workshops so boring? They stick you in a room to give you tips from a talking head that are supposed to make you joyful, but you end up bored, scrolling on your phone, and more joyless than you were before the workshop. 👩🏽‍🏫

Well I teamed up with @LinkedIn to change this. I became a LinkedIn Learning instructor so that I could help you to understand the science of your happiness so that you could reclaim your joy, no matter where you are; in the workplace or at home. 🏠 🗄️📁

Because we are all built with the DNA for joy. It is our birthright as a human being but many of use forgot how to access the code for joy that’s literally within each and every one of us. I used scientific experiments to take learnings into an experiential journey to re-disovery areas in life where they are losing their points of joy. 🧬🔬👩🏾‍🔬

This is helpful because we often try things that work for other people but when we try them, it doesn’t make us happy. This unique course helps learners to understand the areas in their lives where they may be losing joy so they are strategic in how to reclaim it.

This makes reclaiming joy not only possible but sustainable, whether in a high-pressure workplace environment or at home. Additionally, the global reach—impacting audiences across over 20 countries and 17 languages—confirms that joy is a universal emotion that can be cultivated through science-backed, culturally sensitive methods. By repurposing traditional workshops into interactive learning journeys, this method spreads contagious positive energy that lifts up workplaces and personal lives alike.
