Why do we wait?
Why do we wait?
A few months ago, a woman came to me but only after years of putting it off.
What was she putting off? The uncomfortable conversation about protecting her future. She told me, “I kept telling myself, I’ll deal with it later. Not now. Not me.”
That’s the trap so many fall into. It feels safer to push these conversations aside than to face the reality that none of us are promised tomorrow.
When we finally sat down together, she learned that her job insurance wasn’t enough. That waiting only made things riskier. And that protecting her income wasn’t about fear — it was about love, dignity, and peace of mind.
Her transformation looked like this:
Avoidance → Preparation
Fear → “Confidence
Anxiety → Security
The people who wait the longest are often the ones who need it most. Waiting doesn’t protect you. Preparing does.
👉🏽 If you’ve been hesitating, I want to invite you to stop putting it off. Reach out today. Let’s protect the asset that holds everything else together: you.
