Do eye creams actually help dark circles?

Hello! I have pale skin and very dark purple/blue circles under my eyes. No matter how much I sleep they’re still there. I’ve been tested for anemia and my iron levels are fine.

Do any eye creams actually help fade the color of dark circles? I’ve been using the drunk elephant one and I think it helps slightly but nothing more than that. I don’t have bags or anything, just want something to treat the color!
