As the night winds down, I slip into my cutest PJs – it's a small detail, but it genuinely makes me feel good! A warm cup of herbal tea helps me relax, and then I spend a few minutes journaling. This helps clear my mind, reflect on the day, and set positive intentions for tomorrow. Getting an early night is key; quality sleep is the ultimate beauty secret for any "overnight glow up routine." Now for the next morning! I like to wake up a little earlier than usual to give myself plenty of time. My first step is a quick body shower to rinse off any overnight tan residue and refresh my senses. Then, it’s back to moisturizing, followed by a spritz of my favourite perfume. Choosing an outfit that makes me feel confident and beautiful is a must – it instantly boosts my mood! My morning skincare is lighter, focusing on hydration and sun protection. Taking out the heatless curler reveals perfect waves, and a touch of makeup makes me feel polished. Before I dive into my tasks, I make sure to have a nutritious breakfast. Fueling my body right sets the tone for an energetic and productive day.
