Why Working Out Daily Is Good For You—

Here’s why I workout daily, and why you should too!

I’m not talking lifting weights all day, every day. However, I am saying MOVE THAT BODY SIS!! Movement is so important, and the more active we keep - the less stagnant we’ll be later.

Fitness comes in all shapes and sizes, so find what works for you. There are a million and one ways to get healthy movement, and it’s different for everyone.

Personally, I don’t have a plan or regiment. I listen to my body, we’ll call it intuitive exercise - but one thing I always do is stretch. Every day, my routine looks a little different. Sometimes I start with dance, sometimes I start with yoga; other days I spend an hour on the rowing machine. That doesn’t mean the way my health journey looks, is the way yours should look.

Things to remember —

It’s all dependent on your goals, and desires. Right now, I’m on a cut because it’s basically summer and I’m trying to hit those abs on the beach vibes. That’s because I’m most comfortable in my body when my body is lean.

Women are beautiful, and should always be treated as beautiful. It’s your body, and your body is a temple, embrace it! No matter what shape or size, getting movement every day is incredibly important.

Here are some science backed benefits of daily movement —

Better sleep: Exercise can help you fall asleep faster and sleep better overall. Endorphins released during exercise can help you feel more relaxed, and healthy sleep can help you feel more productive and avoid hunger.

Increased energy: Exercise can help you feel more energized by increasing your heart rate and blood flow.

Better brain health: Exercise can improve your thinking skills, protect your memory, and stimulate the production of hormones that help brain cells grow.

Better mood: Exercise can help you feel more confident and boost your mood.

Stronger bones: Exercise can help build stronger bones by putting more load on them than usual.
