This experience highlights the importance of flexibility in any fitness program. Taking a break from sprinting didn’t mean giving up; it was about adapting to circumstances and ensuring long-term sustainability of overall health. To stay on track with fitness goals during winter, consider incorporating winter-specific workouts or strength training exercises that prepare your body for such activities.
