Looking for Wedding Venue Only

Totally need the ex-brides, 2026/2027 brides help here!

My wedding is in Sept 2026, and seriously finding a venue is tough!

We only have 40pax including us and we’ve already looked at 2 venues so far (White Rabbit Hole & The Outset)

Both venues can be within the budget, however the restrictions aren’t good.

We are looking for Venue only or much better Venue+decor, pet friendly, external vendors allowed and with bride room.. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Any other venues to recommend PLS 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Read morePlanning a small wedding with about 40 guests can be both exciting and challenging, especially when it comes to finding a venue that fits your budget and preferences without heavy restrictions. From my experience and insights shared by other brides in 2026 and 2027 wedding groups, it’s essential to consider alternative venue types that might not be on your initial radar. For instance, local art galleries, boutique hotels, botanical gardens, or even private dining rooms in restaurants often offer intimate settings that allow more flexibility compared to traditional event spaces like White Rabbit Hole or The Outset. One key tip is to reach out directly to venue managers about your specific needs around guest capacity, décor, and any restrictions on music or timing—sometimes asking can reveal unpublished options or discounts. You might also explore community centers or historic homes that rent out event spaces, which can be surprisingly budget-friendly and less restrictive. Some brides have found great success using venues that typically serve other purposes, such as coworking spaces or small theaters, which add a unique charm and can accommodate smaller groups comfortably. Additionally, don't overlook the value of considering venues slightly outside the main city centers. Suburbs or neighboring towns might have hidden gems with flexible policies and better rates. To combat the stress of venue hunting, keep a checklist of your must-haves and nice-to-haves, and prioritize venues that align best with your vision and comfort. Remember, the wedding venue sets the tone but doesn’t define your entire celebration—sometimes a bit of creativity with your setting can make your day even more memorable. Reaching out online to ex-brides and future brides, as you’re doing, is a smart move to gather first-hand advice and insider tips to find that perfect spot for your intimate 2026 wedding.

Have you looked at Vineyard in Hort Park? Venue is quite pretty with decent inclusions. They have outdoor and indoor area for different pax size with minimum spend. Though I forgot if they have bride room

Wheelers estate? Quite pretty and reasonable pricing but I didn’t choose this in the end as my guest was more than 80pax🥹

In my rush to secure a venue ASAP, we almost booked a space we didn’t truly love 🥹 We had even expressed our interest and were about to pay the deposit. But as if our fairy godmother was watching over us, the venue coordinator happened to go on a 3-day leave, giving us just enough time to pause and

intimate wedding venues I regret not considering
after going through 150+ venues while building wedded.sg, I would have *seriously* considered these venues for my intimate 100-120 pax wedding, HAD I KNOWN THEY EXISTED 😩 my biases are greenery, waterfront, glasshouse-y venues with natural light. They’re also all priced quite reasonably which i

My Wedding Venue (More Cons Than Pros😭)
Finally revealing my wedding venue! I’ve never wanted to get married in a ballroom because I don’t believe in spending thousands decorating a ‘plain room’ with chandeliers and windows. My dream was always to have a sunset wedding in Bali or a wedding in a vineyard in Aussie. Somewhere with nature.

Finding a HUGE wedding venue for 600 pax
So you may all know that INDIAN WEDDINGS ARE MASSIVE. Difficult to fork up $300/pax for premium locations like shangri la and MBS which are some of the few hotels that can accommodate more than 500 pax. These are some of the ballroom style places I have shortlisted that still give the grand vib

More unconventional things we did for our wedding – after all, (most of us) only get married once 😹 Since we chose to hold our wedding at an event space , many will assume it’d be small and restrictive – and you are right! Most event spaces max out at about 120 guests, maybe 130 if you really s
