Dairy Free Easy Little Biscuits

I tweeted the recipe to make this dairy free and adapted to how I eat, you can use your milk/butter of your choice

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp’s baking powder (almost confused that with baking soda, whoops)

1 tsp diamond crystal kosher salt, for table salt use half as much volume or same weight (I used salter dairy free butter so I omitted the salt)

4 ounces unsalted butter (1 stick, 115 g, cut into 1/4 inch cubes)

3/4 cups whole milk (I used extra creamy oat milk and honestly didn’t need it all. Below is the link for the entire recipe and instructions to make it regularly, I used the same ratio for my dairy free, just as I slowly added my milk, when the dough looked right, I stopped. I added better goods dairy free cheddar cheese shreds and some nutritional yeast to top. Enjoy if you try!
