Beef and Broccoli Udon Noodles 🥩🥦🍝

I don’t want to hear that I used pre bought sauce. Try it and then come back and try giving me shit lol.

No need to complicate things we are already average cooks.

Ingredients:

1 package - Ka Me Udon noodles (precooked), but I drop them in boiling water for about 1 minute to separate and heat up.

10 ounces - beef of choice(I used sirloin)

1 head of broccoli - chopped

2 garlic cloves - minced

2 stalks of green onion - about 1/3 cup

Sesame seeds

Fresh cilantro

Oil of choice - preferably peanut oil but I used olive oil

Bachan’s Japanese bbq sauce - about 1/3 cup or so (you can find this at really any grocery store and so worth the 7 dollars)

⭐️Pro tip: cook down the garlic for about 1 minute and then shut off and remove from the heat before throwing in the sauce. This makes sure the garlic does not burn and the room temperature sauce brings the dish to the perfect temperature
