Glute Growth 🌸🍑
Since I have lost almost 20 pounds, I figured it’s time to start toning some muscles.
Starting with growing my glutes and legs. I know it’s going to be a process but let’s see how this goes just focusing on these muscles.
Any good glute or leg exercises are always welcome! My go to exercise is always squats. Lunges are good too but I LOATHE them 😂
