a typical day of eats 🥰

as you can see, i LOVEEE my breakfast foods and protein. squeezing it into every meal and drink i can has allowed me to stay so consistent on my diet & KILL the cravings

- intermittent fasting - i track with @Litely and absolutely love it 💗

- breakfast: protein greek yogurt (oikos vanilla… trust) with blueberries, a little bit of oats & agave

- skinny girl matcha (80 cals) while out and about for the day! went shopping, walked for a good hour & hit 10k steps

- lunch: viral protein pancakes. SO. GOOD. i filmed a recipe video but its essentially banana, egg & protein powder!

- dindin: the viral protein bowl. cottage cheese, avocado, beef & potatoes 🥰 obsessed!! and ofcourse, some green tea to help w the cravings & digestion
