Morning Runs & Turning My Life into a Healthy One♻️

Making big life changes to be healthy and active every chance I can! Working on finding activities where I can be active AND spend time with my friends/have fun has been a big help! Lots of Pickleball, paddle boarding, and getting the whole friend group to sign up for a 5 K together! Free time is so limited so finding ways to do both makes it possible!
